Eminent Domain
Eminent Domain, also known as Condemnation, is the process where either a governmental entity or a private company invested with authority by statute has the right to "take" property for a "public" project.  Our attorneys have represented both condemnors and condemnees throughout the condemnation process.  From deeming a project a public necessity to presenting the case before an appellate court, the Bradley Law Firm has the experience to assist our clients in navigating the eminent domain process.

We have worked with water supply entities, electric transmission companies, oil and gas pipeline companies, and governmental entities in the acquisition of property through eminent domain.  Our attorneys have also assisted property owners in negotiating easements and rights-of-way with condemnors, as well as presenting our clients' cases before the special commissions, at trial and on appeal.
